REGISTERING A NEW VEHICLE / REPLACING YOUR DECAL:
Please visit our website at www.jlpropertymgmt.com, Click Parking and then click Cypress Bend IV. This can be done on a computer, cell phone or tablet. If you do not have internet access, you can call (954) 968-9791. Once you’ve registered your vehicle online, email Ashley@jlpropertymgmt.com to make arrangements for your new decal. THERE IS NO CHARGE. If you do not contact us about your decal and your vehicle is booted, we will not be held responsible. If you register your vehicle on a Friday, you must register it as a guest until you contact us on Monday.
Tenants need to renew their decals when their lease expires. You must email us a copy of your lease when requesting a new decal.
